Brighton Marine Appoints Transformation Committee

Top-tier advisors to focus on end-to-end beneficiary experience advancing a commitment to healthcare, housing, and hope

December 4, 2024 – Boston, MASS. Today, Brighton Marine, Inc. (BMI), a longstanding leader among America’s non-profits dedicated to supporting healthcare, housing, and basic needs for service members, veterans, and their family members, announced the formation of a 12-member Transformation Committee. This committee, composed of distinguished leaders from diverse fields, will provide strategic guidance to drive transformative growth across BMI’s services, ensuring lasting impact and excellence for its beneficiaries.

"The launch of this committee underscores our commitment to advancing mission excellence," said Rosye B. Cloud, CEO of Brighton Marine. "Together, we will prioritize strategic social impact opportunities, strengthen program impacts, and continue to honor the sacrifices of the military members, veterans, and families who inspire everything we do."

Brighton Marine has served New England beneficiaries for over 40 years. Alongside its long history of healthcare customer excellence, BMI is routinely recognized for excellence as an employer of choice and a housing provider of excellence.  “I have trusted Brighton Marine as my healthcare provider since shortly after I retired from the military in 1992,” said Colonel Dick Power (Ret.), former member of Brighton Marine’s Board of Directors. “I’ve spent more than 20 years serving veterans, partnering with organizations that offer housing assistance, financial planning advice, career development, and leadership training; Brighton Marine is a national leader in all those arenas. Serving in the Army taught me how to bring people together to accomplish something, and Brighton Marine’s tireless efforts are a shining example of the power of that principle. I’ve benefited enormously from Brighton Marine’s work, both as a beneficiary of their healthcare services and as a partner in advancing their mission of healthcare, housing, and hope.”
